Bingo

Bingo is a game of luck that is played with a selection of randomly drawn numbers that players match against the numbers that have been pre-printed on 5x5 matrices. There are many different ways to conclude the game of Bingo, but any person that wins the game typically shouts “Bingo!” This statement alerts the other players of Bingo of a possible win. All cards are checked for a positive win before the game is officially ended.

In games of Bingo, players usually compete for awards or a jackpot. Bingo can be played in a number of ways, with the winner having a specified pattern. Some patterns of Bingo may only require one number to be matched. Other games of Bingo award prizes to participants for matching no numbers or accomplishing no pattern on their matrices. Most Bingo cards have twenty-five squares that are arranged in five vertical columns and five horizontal rows.
